Please help me, all of sudden my rooster stopped crowing

I know that you are worried and confused. Lots of people are "throwing" different things at you to try and help you figure out what to do. Usually the first thing you want to do is stabilize them so the probiotics and/or electrolytes are good common starts anytime a Chicken doesn't seem right. If there is a vet that you can call and at least talk to (I know that oftentimes vet schools will have someone you can talk to). They may can give you more information about what you can do to try and help if no vet is available. Also having a picture helps the experts here get a feel for what is going on. I suspect that you may not have posted enough to allow pictures (I don't remember how many posts you have to have but someone else may know). I think it is like 20 posts. For lack of a picture, try to describe what you see with as much detail as you can. IE you said his neck is "not right". Is his head always flopping to the same side, or turned a specific way (wry neck maybe), or does he have limited control. The purple wattle definitely sounds like there is some circulation problems. This could be something neurologic (dealing with messages to and from the brain), or something limiting oxygen getting into the blood.
You said that he is not eating/ drinking unless you force him to. I wonder if he has something caught in his crop. One person suggested feeling the crop area ( just down from the throat) does he have a bulge, or is it very thin. Feel the area and then describe what you feel. Besides not crowing, is he walking around, sleeping alot, alert, etc. What does his poop look like? watery, solid, normal, different color? All of these provide clues. Once we have a better idea, then we will be able to give you more specific information that is not just guessing.

Good luck and keep us posted.

He doesn't drink as I said he can't bend his neck down, so I force him to drink and then he drink but only a little

If you don't have the electrolytes for his water, then if you have Gatorade you can put a little of that in there. Its not as good as the packets, but it will help. If you can open his beak, u can syringe feed him the water. Oatmeal is also good for if he isn't eating.

Make sure that you don't get water in his lungs. I killed one of my hens while syringe feeding her water.

Well, first to talk bout his neck, as you said it yes it has bulge and when I touch it I can feel it on the left side and I have no idea if it's twisted to the left side ? Or it's swollen and it's so hard like so hard but one thing he really cannot hold his head up since 6 days his neck is stick to him It used to be long like I really want to post picture but I don't know how any of you cannot see?

Awe. I was bathing the stiffness out of my roo and thought he was drinking, he was but it flooded his lungs.

He doesn't walk at all, he only walks for a second and then he stands at one place for hours for like 3 to 4 hours, he also sleeps while standing he's so lazy i can just carry him in my lap and make him sleep anytime I want and he ll sleep, he wasn't like this before he would fight with Me to get out of my lap and now he's lazy all the time he doesn't care what everyone else is doing he just stands there and gets sleepy and then he sleeps like even right now his left side has bulge and the other side is normal and he's sleeping in that position
