Please give me your opinion I have 4 Muscovy ducklings one is smaller then the other 3 so am pretty sure that one is female but I honestly am having hard time guessing they are between 4 and 5 weeks old I think they were born on October 30 sorry for the poor pictures one handed duck wrangling is not fun

If there is anything that your recommend for me to find out please let me know I can upload better pictures when my wife comes home and we can hold them still

If possible pictures of them just standing and shots from the sides would help. Need to see bell shape, wing feather development and size of feet and body shape. I know it's hard to do, so hopefully you can get a few. It often takes me a few hours to get just one good one of my ducklings. They can run fast.

I will tonight when my wife gets off work it was my day off and I was anxious to get a post up

Usually you can start to voice sex them at 3-4+ months, drakes usually get their drake feather at 4 months old but that’s not for muscovies :)

Can I ask why you need their sexing? Is it because you are worried about the smaller one’s size? Their are many vitamins s to help along with their all over growth, etc. Lite Vit B complex...but that could be discussedi if that’s what you want. But, sometimes being smaller is simply just is what is what it is. Is she sickly, slower, not eating? Large farms like Metzer obviously sex ducks, I’ve watched many videos on it, but could not do it by looking at a picture on the computer. People on here are able to sex chicks pretty young, but chicks are different. With ducks, I’ve found, you kind of have to wait until the tail curls, the feathers change colors, the quack gets louder. But, if someone on here can do it from pictures!! That’s awesome!
