yellow liquid oozing from chicken vent! vent gleet?

Hi, already have a chicken suffering from water belly now i’m afraid i’m dealing with another issue on another hen.
This is how her butt looks right now, jsut got home and it’s yellow. I’m busy at the moment cleaning off her poop and inspecting her body. Could anything help me indicate what this could be and the actions to take? She is all of a sudden lethargic, laying down with her eyes closed
She has been acting totally fine for a while, but i know chickens hide their sickness.
Just attempted to bathe her but she is actively oozing this white yellow liquid

It sounds like an egg may have broken inside her and is leaking egg yolk and whites out her vent.
You can try inserting a water filled syringe inside her vent to flush broken pieces of egg shell. More importantly I recommend that you get her started on amoxicillin right away to prevent infection. I'm sorry to say this isnt a good situation for your hen. Good luck.
