please help me, my roosters waddle is fat

I would definitely get him to a vet that specializes in aviary or farm animals. First labs to make sure WBC, RBC and liver enzymes are within normal limits. Based upon those the vet might suggest the biopsy or whatever those labs indicate. Your poor roo looks absolutely miserable. Isolation is a good first step. Terramyacin is a broad spectrum antibiotic but in this case I wouldn't do anything except isolate him until you can get him to a vet. Best of luck to you. So sorry you and your sweet roo are having to go through this. Sending warm wishes, prayers and hugs your way.

I wish I could tell you a magic cure, but I don't know of one.

I can only suggest using a sulfa based antibiotic, like Sulmet.

The only things I found that it possibly could be is:
Infectious Coryza
Cholera infection
Infectious laryngotracheitis
Infectious bronchitis

In order to know for sure, you will have to take him to an avian vet.

The infection becomes localized and produces swellings in the wattle, joints, foot pads, sternal bursa and tendon sheaths. These areas often contain a consolidated cheesy exudate. Twisted necks and incoordination are occasionally seen if the infection reaches the brain...."
