Folks, I don't even know how to say this, im worried, Anxious, distressed, upset, concerned, just everything..Just don't know what to do..

Everything was cool and perfect at first,Laying was good, I was getting 9 crates a day,my parents stock was about 500,(450layers and 50cocks)... and hatching was good, I could set and 1500 eggs and get 1000 chicks 🐥, it was cool..

Two months later, things started turning around, laying dropped down to 7 crates and so many infertile eggs, I don't know where I went wrong,..I did some research and found out it would be better if I change the cocks, I bought new 50 cocks and I sold the older ones,..this worsened my case...

Now the layers are About 410 and guess what I get 5 crates a day with a whole bunch of infertile eggs, my incubators are working fine but hatching rate is very low..very bad..I can set eggs like 1000 and get 500 chicks in return..so poor

Right now I'm broken, I don't know what to do, im stuck and fed up,..I just wanna start everything from scratch, how you guys, take care of parent stocks, collect eggs, store eggs, set and hatch eggs,

Please Help me

What do you need help with? You're having bad fertility? It might be time for new roosters, your other ones may be getting too old. Are the hens molting?

How long have you had them? How long has the reduced laying been going on? Where are you located? Season changes can slow both laying and fertility levels. Molting too as mentioned above.
Stresses from changes can also slow laying whether it's from changing location or changing the roosters. If you just recently changed the roosters then it will take a little time for them to establish themselves.
When you mentioned that you're having poor hatch rates, are they beginning to develop and quitting as well or just completely clear?

You realize this is the same ratio, right?

Also you should give the new males time to settle in. Stress from new birds can impact a hen’s laying ‘schedule’. Plus, sometimes hens need a break, and will slow up laying.

Don’t worry, just breathe :hugs

As for it being the same ratio... there’s a difference of 500 eggs (1000:500 and 1500:1000) but the ratios are not the same, they simplify to 2:1 and 3:2, respectively. This would mean that before, you were hatching two thirds of the eggs that you incubated, and now your hatch rate is only one half of the total eggs. So unless we’re speaking of a different ratio or I’m not understanding, which is totally possible, the hatch rate has actually gone down. Just my two cents! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I guess I mean average then. An average of 500 eggs were not fertile each hatch.
