Please help me with math. Worming dosages

i can't do math for the life of me.
My chooks will dehydrate themselves for days rather than drink water with worming solution in it. I've tried a couple different types of wormer but my chooks just won't touch it. So I've had an idea to mix the water up with wormer then soak layer pellets in it, I know my chooks love soaked layer pellets so hopefully that will work.
My issue now is that I can't figure out what the dosage of wormer will be. Here is a photo of the directions:
"Dilute 8ml of poultry wormer in 100ml of drinking water for every 3kg bird/liveweight"
I have 9 chooks, 8 are 2kg and the 9th is 3kg

19 kg / 3 kg = 6 1/3 kg
6 1/3 kg x 8 ml = 50 2/3 ml into 633 ml water.
