Let me rephrase. How often does she leave the nest each day in the last 3 days?

the last 2 days she only laid at night, from last night she has laid and stood up for +- 30mins and went and laid again??

Keep watching her. If she really is broody she won't be getting off the nest frequently. Most are once a day just real quick.

They eat, they drink and they let one big old nasty poop loose. Then they hop back on the nest.

Sounds like she is as close as you can get now..

All broody birds will get off the nest for a brief period. In hot weather it can be up to 2 hours. In cool weather it's more like 20 minutes. I've had some that missed a day getting off.
I usually have them in their own apartment with fresh bedding so I can count the number of those monster feces.

Mine do the same but if any of my waterfowl miss coming out one day I make them come out the next by just lifting them up and setting them outside that usually shakes them out of their trance long enough to get business done. lol My chickens have always come outside daily.
