Please help my Barnevelder is sick. I don’t know what to do.

Can someone please help me with what to do with my sick Barnevelder it has been lying on the ground All afternoon.

How long has she been acting off?
Has there been any change in feed, location, cleaning products, bedding?
When was her last egg?
Any sign of discharge from the nares or wheezing?
Any new birds recently?

i live in Grafton in Australia it can be hot and cold but it was a pretty good day.

I'm not sure how old she is, I bought her 6 months ago.
I have been away so I haven't noticed anything weird.
some new birds that we have got is a new silkie and my old silkie has just hatched out 5 new Barnevelder chicks .
