Im going through the same thing right now, found one of our girls this evening on the ground with her head pecked apart to bone. Trying to take care of her in a cozy cage in house. I'm worried that she is not going to make it the night. Tuff stuff! I wish I had a web cam in the hen house to see what started it all or which one.
