Please help, my chicken is acting really weird!

Hi everyone! I have an Americana named pumpkin. She is almost a year old. She is losing a lot of weight quickly and is not able to maintain her weight if dropped from a height of 1 1/2 feet. She sits in the corner with her head cocked up really weird. What should I do? Thanks!

Sounds like it could be a worm overload. Which can be fatal.
