PLEASE HELP MY CHICKEN IS IN TROUBLE!!!!

My chicken is not eating. But all she is doing is drinking water. She poops water!!
She also when I go to pick her up she can't walk she just lays there all day!!!!
And if I do pick her up and make her move she fumbles down to the ground!!
Please help could it be some thing we feed her or a disease?!!?
Please just give me some advice!!!!!!!

I'm no expert, but she may have an impacted crop. Try giving her a little olive oil.

Try feeding her raw brown sugar dissolved in water.

She sounds like she may be poisoned or ate a piece of glass. Dissolve some raw brown sugar in water and give it to her.
