Yes, they can act the way you have described.
It's tough for amateurs to distinguish between an impacted and a sour crop.
If her crop is very large compared to the other chickens, that may be the issue. Check it in the morning, and if it is still full, it's a problem. Often chickens with impacted crops are very thin, and they do not poop much. Has she lost weight? Is her chest bony?
I still think she may have eaten something that disagreed with her.
