Please help..one of my chickens is sick

Yes, they can act the way you have described.

It's tough for amateurs to distinguish between an impacted and a sour crop.

If her crop is very large compared to the other chickens, that may be the issue. Check it in the morning, and if it is still full, it's a problem. Often chickens with impacted crops are very thin, and they do not poop much. Has she lost weight? Is her chest bony?

I still think she may have eaten something that disagreed with her.

Ok. We've got her in a box now all warm and cozy. We've got some food/water for her and we'll see how she does. I'll check her crop in the morning and see how it feels. She has possibly lost a little weight but not enough to really show dramatically. She's a good sized hen.
