The pics are front, side and back view..the first one of the front where the air cell is lower..you can see the dark area moved down some to a point. It just moved like that when I stopped turning..not sure if that is significant..but that's not the aircell itself being that low..just the dark area being low..it was all dark up until the aircell before I stopped turning it..if u can't tell from the pics. Idk if they r good enough to see anything

I meant after I stopped turning the egg, it gradually went into the position where it is now.like after a couple days it went from being all black to dipping down on that side..where the dark area goes down to a point like that. But i kno it has to move in position to hatch..but it seems like it's moving away from the spot it should be moving toward..because it's supposed to pip at the low part of the air cell right?

It internal pips closer to the dipped part of the air cell, yes... but as it turns to get into position, it's back sticks out into the air cell at the higher end of the air cell.... like this...

Red X is approx internal pip area... blue arch is where the back will bulge into the air cell as it gets into position...

Is that what you are talking about?

Sorry for being confusing! Lol. I don't really know what I'm talking about. But no..it's the first picture.. the dark area dips down away from the air cell a lot. That is the side that has been facing up since lockdown stage..it used to be fully black all the way to the air cell but has slowly sunk down away from the air cell in a v shape. I need a little marker thing too!! I thought the first picture is where pip would be..it's where the air cell comes down the furthest.. or is that just the external pip? Internal is at a different spot? Again..sorry for my ignorance on the subject:th

Ok I read over what u said again..that's good to know..bc I was thinking both pips would b at the same spot. But It was just worrying me that keeping it on one side was making it slide away from the low point of the air cell.

Yes the area under the red x..he has receded a lot where it's not so dark..it's that little v shape of lightness..that's normal when moving into position? Thank u soo much for being so helpful and the quick responses!!!
