Yes, I think that was the main thing. I put her back with the others and she had no problems. She looks just fine but I'm going to try to get a look at the cuts. But, I think she did fine. 
I noticed the other day that my RIR hen looked a bit scraggly so I checked her and her neck feathers and a little on her back was covered in blue quills were new feathers were coming in so she must have gotten some pulled out. She didn't like me picking her up though so she flew away as soon as she could.
