Project managers can't move them any more to the better forum

We can move articles though!

I used to move some from the welcome forum, especially emergency posts. Now we have to report them or hope a staff sees them and moves them to the correct place

Down to four pages! Pages 3 and 4 are all BST, and there are about 7 or 8 non-BST on page 2.

We may add that functionality back for VPM's, but in the interim the BYC moderators are happy to move any threads y'all report, so please don't hesitate to do so!

There are a bunch of non-HAL threads in the HAL forum. I've reported a bunch already, still lots more though.
