I would say that is a pullet.

Was hoping somebody on here could tell me if this is a Cockerel or Pullet? He/She is about 5 weeks old. New to raising Chicks and am having the time of my life. My other GLW I'm pretty sure it's a pullet. I got them from a hatchery.
