Please help!!! Should I give Poultry Nutri Drench

See my message yesterday: 12 day old easter egger now 3 days being tired, sleeping, now not eating or drinking. Should I give her Poultry "Nutri Drench"? The rest of the chicks 8 total are fine. Temp 90. changing water and adding food daily. All had Mareks vaccination.

I would recommend it. It's one more thing to help, and there isn't really any cons.

It never hurts to give Nutri-Drench according to the dosing instructions on the label. It is just essential nutrients that hit the bloodstream quickly.
It likely won't help if it is a disease.

It depends on how bad she needs it. If she's stable, I would follow the instructions on the label. If she's desperate, use a dropper to wet her beak with it until the dosage is filled.

I used the dropper and put a little on my finger and she drank it. 4 hours later she seems better. Now eating and drinking and moving more. Thank you so much for your help.
