Please help sick chickens!!!!

I just got my papa’s plug in heater, bird warmed up and took a poo, poo is watery but otherwise normal
Make sure they can't burn themselves. Are you able to go back to Rural King soon and get a brooder (a large stock tank, tub, or tote works) and a heat lamp or brooder plate? A thermometer helps as well to make sure the temperature in the hot side and the cool side is just right.

No. I will try to get a heat lamp, but I can’t today

Okay, I hope your chicks recover! Again, make sure they can get away from the heat when they want to so they can regulate their body temperature.

Here is a hot spot temperature chart for chicks by age:

They will no longer need the supplemental heat once they are 6 weeks old and fully feathered.

What do you think? Got the heater and a well ventilated box

I guess this setup is okay temporarily (for a day or so). They might still be too cold though unless you've used a thermometer to make sure it's the correct temp inside the box.. You really need a larger box with a place they can sit in the heat to warm themselves and a cooler side to get out of the heat. Make sure you offer chick starter and chick grit at all times.
