Half the birds I got from Rural King are dieing, they cannot walk and are tilting their head back oddly. Is this marek? What do I do?

Yesterday it was normal color, I haven’t seen it today as I just woke up and realized they were dieing and one is dead

I'm pretty sure Marek's symptoms show up later. Yours are very young. I'm wondering about a vitamin deficiency. What are you feeding and did you make sure everyone was eating and drinking?

I don’t have a brooder. Room temperature is about 70F, it’s barely breathing and will not eat scrambled eggs. Trying to feed it electrolytes water.

70F is WAY too cold for a two-day-old chick! They need to have a warm spot that's around 95F.

Feed chick start with chicken grit, they were fine yesterday and now one of six is dead with two the same symptoms
