Help!!!! Rooster this morning shaking his head tilting it back- tries to walk but can’t. Comb is slight purple. Just gave nutridrench - what else can I do….. I’ll do anything to save this little guy

First...don't put anything else in to him mouth. One drop down the wrong pipe can kill.

Just this morning when I went to grab him out of the pen. He comes inside for breakfast
