I have a 6 month old Red mix hen that is extremely lethargic. She and another have been like this for a few days. The other died the day before yesterday and my EE suddenly died 3 weeks ago. This one has been drinking plenty of water with electrolytes but is still not wanting to move and she does have diarrhea. Her comb is very pale and she goes through spurts where she will get up and walk around but then goes right back to laying down. This morning my husband went out to feed and water the flock and said she doesn't even want to stand. We have her separated with her own food and water. I just don't know what to do. Picture attached is from last night.
Thank you in advance of

It's impossible for a diagnosis over the internet. That would require a vet. But the little information you provided indicates the hen isn't paralyzed as she would be with insecticide poisoning, so she may have a bacteria infection. That another hen died previously is one clue.

If you have an antibiotic on hand you could try it and see if she responds.

Examine your feed for mold. Look around and see if there might be a compost pile, for example, that is harboring anaerobic bacteria.

Is there anything I can do to protect the rest of my flock? She is the 2nd one I've lost in 3 days, 3rd in the last 3 weeks

The best thing you can do to protect the rest of your flock is to find out what killed these two chickens. To accomplish this, you need to refrigerate the body and call your university extension office and ask for a lab that will perform a necropsy on a chicken. They will tell you how to get the chicken to them.

This is crucial and the only way to determine cause of death.
