please help, sick hen

It feels like its some sort of tissue or part of her, it's egg shaped but it looks dark pinkish when she tries to push it out. She is sometimes trying really hard to get rid of it, making groaning noises when she's pushing a lot.

That really doesn't bode well for your girl. Given her age and the situation as you are describing it I would strongly suggest seeking veterinary car for her (if it's possible for you financially and with regards to having a vet that treats chickens readily accessible) or being prepared to not prolong her suffering.

Can you look at thread www.backyardchickens.com/t/895857/weird-tumor-egg#post_13641501

see if you are seeing the same thing.

can you insert finger(opening visible) into vent, checking to see if cloaca is blocked in case your girl is having the same issue as the above mentioned thread.

Unfortunately I can't find any vets near here that treat birds, and honestly the local vets seem to have no idea about them. She's not pushing anymore and seemed more content today. I have started giving her baytril yesterday, probably not going to do her much good but it can't hurt.

The egg shaped thing isn't really visible unless she was pushing, and only slightly at that. I can only tell by feeling it that it's egg shape and size. I'm really not sure if it's maybe just the way hens are and if it's a part of her that should be there. When she relaxes it can be moved back slightly.
Also I'm not sure if I mentioned she's a bantam, and that's why I'm not sure if it may be part of her as she is quite small.

I just thought I'd give an update. I couldn't get a vet. So I was giving her baytril and a bath every day, although there was no egg to begin with after about 4-5 days there was a broken dried shell at her vent. I bathed her and removed it all, and she seems to be doing a lot better. I let her back out with her mate today and she's back to normal.
Thanks for all the help and advice.
