Please help! Sick, lethargic chickens.

Cindy has been eating and drinking on her own today which is a big improvement! I haven't bought any Safe-guard yet but I'm going out this aftenoon.
Can I only use liquid or can I use paste, pill, or pellet?

& I assume I'm supposed to buy the Safe-guard for goats? I've only seen it for goats, cattle, and horses.

Also, do I have to give the meds to each chicken with a syringe or can I put it in their water?
