Please help sick rooster

Please help I have an older Rooster that is my love, such a good old boy. Symptoms are sneezing, hoarse, stinky diarrhea, white spots on comb and wattles, very lethargic, going down hill fast, has a black spot on back toe and limping. I really don't want to put him down. Any suggestions please help. I believe it may be a fungal infection please tell me how to treat.

There is an Avian vet about 40 miles from here but unable to go at this time. I will post pictures tomorrow.
