I am currently on day 22 for hatching eggs, and a good 75% had hatched but one was really weak. He/She was the smallest among all of the healthier ones.
I have a homemade incubator, and a steady temp. of 100 Fahrenheit, and a humidity of 45-50% for the first 18 days, and 65% from 18-22. I had help it hatch out of its shell. It was really weak and cant even stand by its own, and its head is always buried.
it is closing its eye and keeps on curling like it was in the shell. he/she is currently 5-6 hours old, and I am worried that it won't make it.
This is my first time hatching/raising chicks.I don't know what to do, but I put it in a cup(with drilled holes) and kept it in the incubator.
Any help/suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

Hopefully it'll survive.
