Tylosin powder? That can be given 1 tsp per gallon of water (1/4 tsp per quart) for 5 days. But the pus will not go away unless you try to clean it out, and the eye could be in danger if pus is not removed. Qtips an extra pair of hands holding her while you work on it would help. A warm wet compress can help to soften any crust on the surface. It is not pleasant to do, but helpful.

First of all that seems very advanced and infected. She is likely blind in that eye. I would rush her to a vet immediately to have it looked at. What happend?

Just removed the pus, secluded her in a pen alone with the antibiotics in her water
