Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

So the problem im having is my pigeons are fluffing up like a ball and can barely walk they have watery discharge i lost to of my 6 day old squabs and ive giving them liquid medicine into the water also ive given them the 4 in 1 this morning any ideas what will happen or opinions please im going crazy
