Have you given her the electrolytes? You can also give her some chopped up garlic if you have it. It is powerful and works for a lot of things because it has disinfecting properties and probiotics as well. Seems when anti biotics are given isn't for respiratory symptoms but to fight secondary issues that arise after or during the respiratory infection.
Does your friend know where the other chicken came from? Or how long it's been sneezing? Does she still have the hard lump?
Is Chicky able to poo yet and still drinking lots? Without much food, she doesn't have much energy. I might try some cooked rice since it digest super easy. And continue with the egg.
