Don't know what happened but my rooster is limping and putting as little weight as possible on his left leg. I have checked him all over and there are no visible cuts or injuries on him. It don't look or feel like anything is broken. Could he have twisted or sprang his foot or something? What can I do to help him?

Check feeling around his hip for any tense muscles or lumps. My guess is that he probably just had a roost accident and bruised something, you could try giving him a warm bath in Epsom salt, this will help his leg to not be a s sore. Just keep a good eye on him, if it gets worse I am here and can help!

Sorry your boy isn't feeling well. :(

How old is he? How long has this been going on?

thank you I will give him the bath as soon as my kids get home so that they can help me with the crate

he is exactly 6 months old today. as far for how long hes been limping Friday I thought I saw him running with a slight limp but it was barely noticeable that I was the only that saw it so I thought it might have just been me seeing things but I checked him out anyway but didn't see or feel anything and then yesterday evening my daughter noticed that he was standing on one leg and when he tried to get away from me there was no missing the limp

Could it be Bumblefoot? Flip him over and look at the soles of its feet. Do you see a diffrence between the two? Like a pimple?

No I don't think its bumble foot when I first noticed the limp that is the first thing I checked for there are no scares, scabs or swelling from what I can see he just will not put any weight on the foot
