Please help!!!

Poor little guy. Permethrin garden dust is very good to kill lice or mites on contact. Repeat it in 7 days to get the newly hatched larvae. Try offering him wet feed in a small bowl with a lot of warm water. Mix only what he will eat that day, and mix new the next day.

Good job! I agree he looksstunted, and I hope he improves with your help. Why do you think the chick is a he? Could go either way.
I think those are fleas. The poultry dust should take care of it, if you get some. If you go the DE route, make sure it’s food grade and take extra care not to have the chick (or you) inhale the dust, as it can be quite irritating to lungs. I think that coukd devastate a frail chick. Keep up the good work!

When the crop (where the food goes after being eaten) is full, that's good. It's best to leave the food, it will eat & drink as it needs. It's been said you can also wet the chick starter. maybe easier going down. Nutri Drench is good to get vitamins & electrolytes it may need after such a rough start. Keep him warm & use Poultry Dust as recommended for the mites. :welcome

He has a nice heat lamp, wet poultry starter wettened down with electro light water and electro light water in his water dish. He hasn't fallen over gasping for air nor has he done his twitch thing like he has food stuck in his throat. He seems like he is feeling better already. I will start killing the bugs off him today after I find one of the dusts you guys recommended me (depending on what I can find).
