Please help

She had her cord wrapped still in tack and we got that off but it stills seems to be wrapped around her leg. She was doing great but now once again can not use her leg. Please help

I would soak her leg in warm water for a while until the cord is soft. Then see if you can remove it carefully. I would use q-tips to remove it. Keep antibiotic ointment on it for a few day. (No pain killer) The cord is probably shrinking and cutting of the blood supply so I would do it asap. Good luck.
