How does his crop feel - is it full of fluid, squishy or hard?
It's hard to see, but look in his ear, is there infection in it?
His ears look good to me I don’t think he is digesting because he still has food in his crop and they all were in the coop and there is no food in the coop but it feels like feed and water it’s a little squishy but not to squishy

Ok so I put my fingers on his abdomen to feel if anything was different and he pushed a pooped his poop was yellow and runny
It does feel like there is something hard in there but he is a male so could he also be constipated

Is he making a rattly sound..from nose..throat area? If head/eyes are swollen, sounds like an upper respiratory thing going on . You do want to separate him from the flock at this time. He may have a squishy crop because they will drink more at first when not feeling well.

Yeah he is making a rattly sound when he breathes do you think he will be ok or will he die

He is already separated from them he is inside because I was worried when I saw him
