I am almost 100% certain this is Fowl Pox. Some strains of it are nearly harmless, and some strains are dangerous to them, and there's really no way that I know of to tell them apart. If you've got them separated, and if the mosquito problem is taken care of, once the scabs have healed up, it should be safe to put them back in with the rest of the flock. Best of luck that this is a mild form, and not the wet form.
