I found my chicken sitting all alone not moving, she won't open her eyes (they are possibly swollen shut) and is not responding to anything. (my best guess is that my other chickens were peaking on her and it just got really bad. this is the first day I noticed anything off about her though) I isolated her in a tote away from all the rest of the chickens and put blue Kote on her comb. I've tried to put soaked feed up to her beak and she isn't reacting hardly at all. can anybody think of anything I can do? any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

Sorry about your hen, poor girl. Treat her for shock asap as described by @StinkyAcres. You can also try electrolytes mixed into water with a bit of sugar, too. Or even Gatorade or pedialyte. Dip her beak into the solution to try to get her interested, or use a dropper to drip some on her beak. Keep her away from the others to recover.

She may not be responding to anything because of shock, or not being about to see or a combination of the two. Her eyes may be crusted shut with blood or just swollen shut from being pecked at. To remedy use a warm compress to soak on them and rinse the eyes with saline if needed once they open. For her wounds, you can use a bit of Neosporin or other ointment without pain relief in it to keep them coated. You can obtain ointment such as Terramycin for her eyes if they seem to be damaged, but you can also use a bit of neosporin around them if you don’t have Terramycin.

noticed her comb looks bloody on the back? got any roosters or aggressive chickens? since predators are ruled out

I don't have a rooster, it is likely that my other hens just attacked her. I'm surprised that it happened so fast, I had never noticed her comb being bloody before this morning
