I agree with Kelsie. Sounds like coccidiosis. This can kill fast. You need to go to the feed store and get some Corid or Amprolium. This is put in the water as per instructions on the bottle. Use it for 5 days only. It works fast and you should see improvement within 24+ hours. Don't wait on this. Go today. Stop with all medicated feed if they are on it. Use non medicated only.
 
omg! that's what I was thinking too and I dont have corid on hand and all I have is medicated feed and I'm out of funds until next week!!! I called my ex husband and asked him to pick some up tomorrow but from what I read, it kills fast and we are worried and praying she holds on until we can get the medicine to work in her....is there any natural thing I could do in the meantime?

the barred rocks poo is firming up but still tinged with blood and she is still eating and drinking...will give her Corid as soon as we find a feed store whom has it tomorrow and pray that helps!!! My "Rosy" the sick red comet pullet eats ALOT and drinks a little....still not better or worse....still sleeps alot and hold tail down and sounds congested and you can see under her beak move in and out like a frog when she breathes, her poop is also firming up and looking a more brown color but her urine is still lime green, the vet I talked to today said he was going to give me contact info to a vet in my area who may test to see if my sick comet is a carrier and of what.....but he never did email me back , so I will try and look her up myself tomorrow also between work and doctor appointments!
 
and the comets poo comes out foaming like soap suds....whatever that means....didn't know this journey would be so hard and worrisome :/
