Doesn't look like it's full grown. The whole egg would be dark apart from the airsac

It has to be full grown I see its beak moving dark shadowing as it moves. it's incubated 23 days now

That doesn't look right the egg should be mostly dark with just a small air sack. It looks under developed, if it hatch it's gonna be seriously weak.

What did I do wrong then I've had 4 others hatch just fine.

Sometimes it's not you, it's the eggs ability to generate cells to form the chick but anomalies do happen, sometimes from diseases and bacteria.

Thank you makes me feel better. I feel bad because I see it moving looks but all that blood in there I know isn't normal. Don't know if I should put a safety hole an hope for best or just leave it. It will just die either way.

Up near where the air cell should be all around half the egg. As I said in that clearing I see its beak an dark shadows but right low it's moving forsure. Then there's that random dark spot at top of egg near air cell that I have no idea what it is. I just feel helpless darned if I do and darned if I don't at least try :'( heartbreaking.
