I have posted a few threads in the last week or so, asking for help with my silkie chick, who has been showing vision problems and decreased activity and I am very concerned. Please see my other threads for more information and photos.
I reached out earlier this week to an online vet that another member was referred to in different post with similar concerns. I have not heard back.
I haven’t received any responses to my previous posts and I can’t talk to a local vet until tomorrow.

I saw her drinking and eating this morning, however, now she is barely moving and laying on her side with her wings and legs stretched out.
I’m worried she is dying.
Is there anything I can do for her until tomorrow??
Please, anyone?

I don’t know wish I could help 😭
I have heard many people speak of nutridrench tho
Thank you Cassandra
Do you know if there is a way to set this thread to be more visible? I’m worried my previous ones have not been viewed
Thanks you again

Have you felt her to see how thin she feels? On her stomach area should be her keel bone, if it's sharp she could be malnourished, if it feels like there's good meat on both sides she is at least getting enough to eat. I know you said you saw her eat this morning, but she could still not be eating enough.

I definitely recommend getting Nutri-drench into her, it might be your only shot at getting her to make it through the night.

I will try to find this thank you. I will check her stomach as well. I have seen her eating in recent days and she doesn’t “look” underweight but with all that fluff it probably means nothing.

I’m new to chickens, is it concerning that shes laying on her side stretched out in her bedding?

Please post the old picture and an updated picture to this thread. Posting multiple threads with the information spread out will make it very difficult to get a suggestion for what could be wrong with your girl. I had a few thoughts, but after combing through your previous posts, they don't fit the situation. Was there an injury to her eye that you know of? Does her breathing sound off in any way? Rattley? Congestion? Does she have any nasal discharge?

Yes, that is not the posture of a healthy chicken. @LateBirdFarms is right about multiple threads. The best way to get your thread seen is to keep posting to your original thread, that bumps it up so it gets seen.
