I had 8 fuzzy butts pip and hatch out last night and today. It was really hard to not help them so I got in the truck at 10 this morning and left for the day. There were 5 when I left, 3 more had pipped and when I got home, those 3 had just hatched out.
I moved all but the last two to hatch to the brooder, covered the other two eggs with a moist paper towel, put a moist sponge in the bator and am keeping my fingers crossed for the last two eggs. Don't have high hopes but the eggs are warm so I know the chicks are still alive. I'm gonna leave them in the bator until Monday if they don't pip and hatch tonight or tomorrow.
