Ive already confirm with people on here that the chick is barred. But what could it look like? Here is the father a BR cockerel:

And the mother who is a mix of some sort:

Notice how none of the other chicks got the barring? So what is this mystery chick? What could he look like?

That just looks like that he is a boy rather than a girl!!!! Boys always color more than their sisters. I could be wrong but I think you have a cockerel.

Well, since the rooster was barred, it makes sense that his chicks would be barred. A pure Barred Rock rooster has two copies of the barring gene, so all of his chicks should inherit one barring gene. Do you have any other roosters? Is it possible that the other chicks have a different father? If there is no possibility of multiple fathers, then the barred Rock rooster is not a purebred Barred Rock.

If only one chick is barred, then the rooster is not a purebred Barred Rock. Something else was bred in at some point in his lineage.

He does have this weird rusty color right below his waddles. But I just thought it was dirty or something.

The mother is caring one copy of Dominant White that's why some chicks are white and this one is not. Dominant White will let gold leakage, but will cover black and barring.
