We picked up 2 straight run, as they were last two and kinda sad looking… pretty sure one is a pullet, but not sure on this one… last pic is the smallest of the two. Approx 3 weeks. I know it’s early ;) we've 8 bantams, so I am

It's really hard to tell at this age, sorry. Sometimes a cockerel's comb shows early (like in your pics), but sometimes it turns out to be a hen. And some cockerels don't develop combs until much later. Without feathering clues to go on (5-weeks plus), I can't tell.
