If they are still carrying unabsorbed yolk behind them or haven't hatched out completely on their own , I put them in an egg cup and pop them under heat. This allows them the time to absorb the yolk without being bothered by siblings. It doesn't hurt to dab the umbilical area with iodine once the cord has detached.
