I called every vet I knew but it’s midnight here, no one answered
Its soft and I guess it an egg, although i also found this

Is that a prolapsed uterus? I can't tell? If so call the vet....

I think that might be a prolapsed vent.

It looks like a prolapsed uterus with an egg in it Take it to the vet when they open...probably some surgery but it will be expensive...

Yes kind of, it also has some white-ish discharge + blood
