Please Post Pictures of Your Creative Nesting Boxes

I wish I had pictures of my old Bantam nesting boxes. I sunk 2 posts about 4 feet apart & sticking out of the ground about 30", with a 2x6 across the top of them. I mounted 6 mailboxes on the 2x6, & it made the greatest conversation piece when I was showing off my flock.

I'll have to take pictures tomorrow. We use those small cat carriers that we can pick up for $5 at thrift stores.

BUT we're getting ready to change everything around so who knows what I'll come up with next! Great ideas on here!

Here is one that I had just finished. I made 3 like this and my girls love them.

I wish you had pictures too! Sound so cute and fun! I just saw a book that had an "english" box, a little house on top of a pole with ladder like steps up the side - wonder if my hens would love it as much as me?

I'm converting some old radiograph (x-ray) storage shelves from work. They were destined for the dumpster, and I thought they'd make great next boxes. Sorry, no pics yet.

Two drawer file cabinet with sharp edges blunted and a wood egg-stop across the front. Ive had this two ways, hung on the wall horizontally and sitting on the floor like it would as a file cabinet. They are super cheap to buy at flea markets.
