Please read--chick in trouble, updated from previous post

I posted about this issue last night, today it has gotten worse. The chick is eating and drinking from an eyedroppper (starter crumble mashed up into bits and mixed with electrolyte water) but the skin beneath his beak along his neck is fluid filled. Any ideas of how, or if, I can help him? I hate to see him like this

try to get a little olive oil in his mouth and gently massage his crop in a downward motion. it sounds like it may be stopped up. i have had some act like you have described and after massaging the crop it would go down but the procedure had to be repeated several times before it started going down on its own.
