Hi all!

We've heard some reports of odd things happening with comments and ratings in our Articles section. If you notice any "weird" stuff, please reply here with:

1. A link to the article
2. When did the weird thing happen?
3. What exactly happened & what did you notice before / after?
   
4. Any other helpful info that would make it possible for us to find / duplicate the problem.

I only noticed after you mentioned it.....that, yes, many comments in articles are missing. I checked a couple of my own articles that had comments added with the last week or two, some or all comments are gone.

Rating gone, all comments gone, must have been at least a dozen comments.

Rating is there, but last comment dated 10-15-17..and a dozen or so comments missing. Do not know exactly how many, but there had been more than several in the last few weeks.

This is one I had commented on and was 'watching'. Was alerted this morning of a new comment, then noticed all other comments were gone.

I could go thru a few more of my own articles if you want.

Just checked my line article on my coop.
Rating is gone and so are the nice comments a few people had posted.
I don't know when or how this happened.

1- Very early this morning found this article in a google pic search:

There were no comments showing until I posted a rating and a comment - or maybe I was too sleepy and didn't notice them .

shows my comment today 5 am?? but I am positive I rated and made that comment last weekend working on the LC cleanup. And I remember that there were no other comments there when I posted mine.

have re-rated it just now.

Anybody else that know of missing comments or ratings / reviews: Can you try to remember / reply with the specific days the comments / ratings were made?

Mine did totally disappear at one point, but looks like all (?) comments and ratings are back now.

I looked back at 3 articles I refer to quite a bit and didn't see where anything was missing (comments or ratings).

I assume you are looking for the date that the glitch happened so you can restore from there?

Looking thru my alerts, which only go back 6 days.

Sunday 11-26-17 I was alerted to an article update, there were 4-6 comments/replies....they are now gone as is the rating.

Yea if the alerts went back further, it might be easier to help, but they only go back so far.

Nifty, could alerts be restored (maybe just for certain members, like aart, etc) could check more active articles?
