She still seems a bit feisty still but does seem a bit shocked.

I think it happened around 3:30am but I’m not sure as I wasn’t home and thought they were all fine. Feel awful.

I am cleaning her up now. It’s not organs is it?

She should be alright, I've seen worse. Get it cleaned and give her a quiet warm place to rest.

Thank you, Banty! That’s good to know. I love the little sweetie. I just cleaned it up and am going to keep her inside for a bit.

I’m worried about the red part on the left. Looks like it’s just hanging off. I don’t think cutting it off is a good idea though? So I’ll leave it. But it looks like just skin hanging with feathers attached.

Seems like it! I think it will heal just fine, as long as it’s kept clean. Also, do you have any ointments you could put on it? Neosporin or something like that.
