Please scrutinize my first chicken coop

You may have 8sq ft but once you cut hole in floor that's going to eat up at least 2 sq ft of floor space. I wouldn't squeeze more than 2 at most. Really just 1 in my opinion. Looks good so far though.

Ditto. Can you not put the pop hole in the side wall, rather than the floor? The thing with the floor is that you'll need to make the hole a lot longer than you would normally to allow for head-room when going up and down the ramp.
