Really? A blue face, and the striped ones will be blue red? I thought they would probably be like chickens and change a lot in the growing time. Thanks..looking them up now.

The striped ones could be normal blue breasted or normal red breasted, depending on how far the red will go on the male's breast (if male, of course)

hey, would you take another look at the third picture? The yellow one in the front corner has a silver coloring going down the back. I though that it was more of a brown, but it was still wet..now it's really silvery lookining. What would that be?
i freaked out the fisr hatch jsut like you i gave up on day 16 when none hatched. but 4 hatches later ive chilled most of mine hatch out on day 17 even had some go untill day 19. with my chicks i noticed if they started piping later in the day they would wait to finish untill the next morning as if they were too tierd and slept in the shell the rest of the night! just relax a few chicks i would start worring about becuase they would be moving right along then stop for a few hours before finshing it happens
I just hatched out my 2nd batch of Pharaoh quail, 3 of them hatched on day 21, 2 more on day 23 of incubation. So depending on the breed and all I's usually over 20 days then after every1 hatches if there's any extra eggs give them a couple days. I always give them a week just to be safe before I toss the extra eggs and I'm glad I do that because I have had eggs hatch a week late.
