Your tail is not too charming but the rest is quite heart-warming,
Cute head with dainty crown and little color-marks,
Your demeanor seems quite wild and makes FBC very riled,
But underneath all that fluff you are surely made of some good stuff!
Best wishes to you, for all and who you are,
And I hope that someday you will shine like a star!
To continue my timeout....What do you think......Memorialize him through taxidermy? Of course you better not wait too long. He could grow in one of those tails that makes you think twice!
I have only ever had one problem child like that. We had a free range spalding that would occasionally go berserk. Notice I said HAD.
Actually, Zaz, I think that AuguredIn brings up a very important subject.
After Thang has lived a full, happy, and long life, it may be impossible to let him go forever.
FBC will probably be so heartbroken that he may have Thang taxidermed, or perhaps freeze-dried.
Thank you, AuguredIn, for pointing out that Thang must someday be memorialized so that he never leaves us.
Zazouse,,TerriLaChicks is my witness,,her Thang also is wierd. My Thang just doesn't seem to know where or how to fit in,he's not a "joiner" rather a fence sitter. All that quality time I spent with him as a hatchling is all forgotten now by Thang. You would think every day he would get used to seeing me and recognizing me somewhat.I always start talking or something as I approach the Palace so the irds has a heads up that I'm coming. But each time it's a new adventure in how crazy he can act and what stunts he will try. He's the "Odd Pea out" here,,I thought the new Purple B/S Silver pied male I got from Leggs this spring was crazy, but I understand with having so many birds it's not possible to form a bond or connection. But Thang was hatched here,I've only handled him twice that I remember since he was older than 1 year of age.I believe the stress of a roadtrip to a pet therapist may due Thang in.He may have a heart attack on the way or when being captured.Maybe the therapist can make a house call? Wonder if the therapist would start a tab for Thang? I'm sure not 1 session will be enough.Maybe we should share a bottle of the fermented grape some eve,and chitty chat about life? Crack open a cold one? Maybe 2?
