My girls look like that too. I know which roo is doing the damage too. He'll be headed to freezer camp soon!

The feathers in that area seemed more ruffled everytime he mounts them. His balance sucks so he rocks back and forth on their back until he gets where he wants to be....even the smallest bird is starting to show some ruffled feathers in that area

If I don't use a saddle what will happen? I mean what do people do if they have this issue and have 60 chickens?
